As lead on providing Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Services (MHPSS), we participated in a two-day’s training of facilitators for the Gender and My Community (GMC) curriculum under the SHE’S GREAT 2.0 Project in Liberia on January 14 & 15. The Trainer of Trainers (TOT) workshop helped to equip youth facilitators with the skills and knowledge on how to effectively engage students and deliver the GMC curriculum in 8 schools across Montserrado and Margibi Counties. We led the presentation on communication and reporting. Facilitators were provided with knowledge on how the reporting channels work in case an abuse is identified. We are committed to serving and ensuring that the project follows all safeguarding practices and adherence to zero tolerance of abuse including Sexual Harassment.
